We are well-known for our good food, lovingly prepared to order from fresh, and whenever possible local ingredients, and presented to a very high standard.
Prime back bacon, award-winning “Birkdale Royal” sausage, tomato baked with basil, Scarisbrick mushrooms and Thornley’s of Bury black pudding served with fried, poached or scrambled eggs.
Poached Smoked Haddock
Served on spinach and topped with poached eggs.
Lancashire muffins with honey-roast ham, poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce.
Southport Shrimp Kedgeree
Lightly curried rice with locally-potted shrimps
Served with hard-boiled egg.
Scrambled Egg and Smoked Salmon
Served on granary toast.
Creamy Porridge with Whisky, Honey & Demerara
Available as a starter or main course.
Vegetarian sausage, corn on the cob, baked beans, hash browns, tomato, local mushrooms and eggs.
Toasted Lancashire oven bottom muffin with Grilled Tomato, wilted spinach, Poached eggs and Mozzarella Cheese Glaze.
Scrambled Eggs and Mixed Pepper on Traditional Lancashire Potato Cakes.
